Describe your personal style in three words:

Edgy, effortless, with a mix of menswear.

Which designers dominate your wardrobe?

Internationally – Acne is a big one in my closet, Barbara Bui, Comme des Garcons, and Kenzo.

From Canadian designers – I have Greta Constantine pieces which I love, Lucian Matis samples that are to die for and will never get rid of. I do collect a lot of Canadian jewelry – Biko, Michelle Ross, Melanie Auld, etc. are what I wear everyday.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe and what’s the story behind it?

Favorite item…. right now it would have to be my Rick Owens black denim coat.

I found it in the men’s section on sale for a crazy low amount and fell in love on site. It’s made of super thick but soft black denim and it’s oversize that falls down right to my ankles. It’s a killer coat.

Biggest fashion regret?

Missoni high-waisted flare pants from Intermix that were on sale. I went back to get them and they were gone… I have searched for them ever since and have never seen pair like them again. That was 5 years ago and I am still sad about it.

What are your top three beauty products you love right now?

I just switched to a new line of products with Aesop. The Amazing Face cleanser, the B & Tea Toner, and the Oil Free Facial Hydrating Serum. Totally changed my skin.

What top trends do you look forward to wearing this Spring?

I am always into stripes, mules, and pants in new interesting cuts and silhouettes.

Favourite store/retailer in the world and why?

I wish I had a favorite but with my job you fall in love with so many different stores as they all cater to a specific life need. I like 6 by Gee Beauty, Zane, Mendocino, Rue Pigalle who runs an online store, and Black Rooster for decor items. Too many to list but those are some of my faves.

You have a blank wall and need to find a piece of art to fill the space. Which piece do you want to hang there by which artist?

I am actually into furniture as art right now. I would buy Eames pieces and Finn Juhl pieces. I love shapes and proportions so that enables great furniture design to give a space life! I enjoy creating interesting spaces using furniture and right now decor is one of my hobbies.
